Curried Fruit Compote Recipe

  1. Cut peach and pear halves in half.
  2. Place all fruit except cherries in 2 qt casserole.
  3. Heat butter, blend in sugar and curry.
  4. Spoon over fruit.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.
  6. Add in cherries and mix.
  7. Cook 15 more min.
  8. Serve hot with meat.
