Chocolate Truffle Dessert

  1. Combine chocolate squares and whipping cream in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Let cool slightly.
  4. Add in eggs, granulated sugar, and flour.
  5. Beat until well blended.
  6. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate.
  7. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
  8. Pie should be puffed on the outside and center slightly soft.
  9. Remove from oven and cool.
  10. Sift powdered sugar over the top.
  11. When ready to serve, dollop some whipped cream on each slice.
