Roquefort Cream Dressing

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender in the order given.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Note: for thicker dressing, blend only half the cheese and mash the rest with a fork to add later.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
  5. Dressing solidifies as it chills but readily softens at room temperature.
