Double Chocolate Crepes Recipe
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Dash of salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon melted butter
- Blend well; chill at least 3 hrs.
- Pour a couple of Tbsp.
- of batter into small, lightly oiled, warm frying pan, tilting the pan to coat bottom.
- Turn once.
- Let cold.
- (Can be frzn if you use waxed paper between crepes.
- Makes about 10 crepes.
