Italian Steak & Bread Salad
- 12 ounces sirloin steaks
- 12 loaf French bread, split
- garlic-flavored non-stick spray
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 12 ounces Baby Spinach, arugula and carrots
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup vinegar, dressing
- onion, sliced
- blue cheese, crumbled
- Heat grill.
- Coat steak and cut surfaces of bread with garlic spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, turning once, 6 minutes for medium rate, grill bread, cut sides down, 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Cut bread in chunks, thinly slice steak.
- Combine in a bowl with remaining ingredients, toss to mix.
