Easy Broiled Salmon

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture for later use.
  3. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Heat broiler.
  6. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Combine reserved dressing mixture and cheese.
  9. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
