Easy Broiled Salmon
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. (1/2 of 0.75-oz. env.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Parmesan Cheese
- Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
- Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture for later use.
- Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat broiler.
- Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine reserved dressing mixture and cheese.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
