Bret Favre's Mother's Cajun Chili Recipe

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef till no longer pink.
  2. Drain off fat and transfer to a large pot along with the remaining ingredients except the garnishes.
  3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 3 hrs, adding more tomato juice if necessary.
  4. Adjust seasonings and serve with Cheddar cheese and Fritos.
  5. Makes 4servings.
