Fibre Muffins
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas
- 12 cup sour milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups ground flax seeds
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 1 12 cups natural bran
- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Blend first six ingredients well.
- Set aside.
- Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add wet mixture to dry, mixing just until blended.
- Fill 30-36 muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20-25 minutes.
