Fibre Muffins

  1. Blend first six ingredients well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry, mixing just until blended.
  5. Fill 30-36 muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20-25 minutes.
