Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 6-7 med. potatoes
- 1 jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Carnation evaporated lowfat milk
- Salt to taste
- Peel potatoes and slice very thin in a large bowl.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk, and salt.
- Heat Cheez Whiz till it will pour, add in to potatoes.
- Bake in a large, shallow dish at 350 to 375 degrees till brown.
- Check with a fork to see if potatoes are done.
