Sundried Tomato & Feta Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted water to al dente and drain.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in large, deep skillet and add chicken; cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and the oil from the sundried tomatoes.
  5. Cook until chicken is done.
  6. Add pasta, sundried tomatoes and olives to skillet.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste and toss thoroughly.
  8. Divide servings into dishes and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  9. Devour!
  10. *We found Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sundried Tomatoes to be close in flavor to the Cafes dish.
  11. They are available in a jar in the produce section of most grocery stores.
