Avocado With Prosciutto

  1. For dressing, in a small screw-top jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, and pepper.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise; remove the seed.
  5. Peel avocado halves and cut each into four wedges.
  6. Wrap one strip of prosciutto around each wedge of avocado.
  7. Arrange wedges on a serving plate.
  8. Shake dressing well; drizzle over wedges.
  9. Make-Ahead Tip:
  10. Prepare dressing as directed.
  11. Chill for up to 2 days.
  12. Shake well before using.
