Weeknight Cheese Quiche

• 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed
• 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Cook mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
3. or until crisp-tender.
4. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.
5. Whisk eggs, milk and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
6. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well.
7. Pour into crust; sprinkle with bacon.
8. Bake 50 min.
9. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
