mashed baked potatoes with cheese and bacon
- 4 rashers bacon chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 6 potatoes
- 250 grams philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup of shredded tasty cheese
- preheat oven 250 - 300F
- chop all potatoes and boil.
- when boiled mash potatoes.
- fry chopped onions and bacon.
- mix 250 gram Philadelphia cream cheese and butter into mashed potatoes.
- mix well till all combined in potato.
- add bacon and onions to mashed potatoes.
- put mixture into large oven dish or casserole size dish.
- cook in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.
- then sprinkle shredded tasty cheese on top and bake till cheese melted and golden colour.
- then ready to serve.
- can make dish omitting bacon and onion for those kids who prefer it just as a cheesey mashed potato
