Best Meatloaf Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 1 1/2 c. V8 juice

1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Pack into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
3. Spoon catsup topping over mix.
