Broiled Caribbean Sea Bass Recipe

  1. Place fish in shallow dish.
  2. Combine cilantro, oil, lime juice, pepper sauce and garlic in small bowl; pour over fish.
  3. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 min, but no longer than 2 hrs.
  4. Prepare black bean and rice mix according to package directions; keep hot.
  5. Preheat broiler.
  6. Remove fish from marinade.
  7. Place fish on rack of broiler pan; drizzle with any remaining marinade in dish.
  8. Broil, 4 to 5 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min or possibly till fish is opaque.
  9. Serve with black beans and rice and lime wedges.
  10. This recipe yields 6 servings.
