Microwaved Chinese-Style Steamed Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into 1cm wide strips; add the ingredients listed under A and massage in lightly.
  2. Put it all into a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 500 W.
  3. Take the plastic wrap off, add the chopped green onion, replace the wrap and let rest for 3 minutes, and it's done.
  4. You can transfer it to a serving dish, or just bring it to table as-is.
