Microwaved Chinese-Style Steamed Chicken
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 50 grams Green onion (chopped thinly)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Cut the chicken into 1cm wide strips; add the ingredients listed under A and massage in lightly.
- Put it all into a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 500 W.
- Take the plastic wrap off, add the chopped green onion, replace the wrap and let rest for 3 minutes, and it's done.
- You can transfer it to a serving dish, or just bring it to table as-is.
