Fried Ramen (cheap lo mein)

  1. Prepare the Ramen as directed.
  2. Pull out the noodles, keep stock set aside for later use.
  3. Heat up a pan on medium high heat.
  4. Add a enough stock to coat the base of the pan.
  5. Add noodles.
  6. Stir constantly and add small amounts of stock in at a time.
  7. Once ALL flavored stock is gone, add seasonings.
  8. Top each plate with soy sauce and sesame oil.
