Fried Ramen (cheap lo mein)
- 5 packages any flavor ramen (mix it up!)
- 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 dash onion powder
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 4 tsp white pepper
- 2 cup chopped frozen stirfry veggies
- Prepare the Ramen as directed.
- Pull out the noodles, keep stock set aside for later use.
- Heat up a pan on medium high heat.
- Add a enough stock to coat the base of the pan.
- Add noodles.
- Stir constantly and add small amounts of stock in at a time.
- Once ALL flavored stock is gone, add seasonings.
- Top each plate with soy sauce and sesame oil.
