Butterscotch Potato Chip Cookies
- 1 cup margarine
- butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups potato chips, coarsely crushed
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips (or more as desired)
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Add potato chips and butterscotch chips.
- Sift flour and soda together.
- Stir into creamed mixture.
- Drop by teaspoon (or bigger) on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375F.
