Creamy Ham Tartlets

• 2 oz. (about 1/4 of 7.5-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped
• 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
• 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. (1.9 oz.) frozen mini phyllo shells, thawed
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
2. Spoon evenly into shells.
3. Sprinkle with chives.
