Dm Cuisine Cajun Cheese Straws

  1. Combine the Parmesan, mustard, cayenne, coriander, fennel, paprika and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle half of the mixture onto a work surface.
  3. Place the puff pastry on top of the mixture and sprinkle the remainder on the pastry.
  4. Roll mixture into pastry.
  5. Using a pizza cutter, cut pastry into 4 sections of 1/2-inch strips.
  6. Place strips on parchment-lined sheet pans.
  7. Freeze for 1 hour.
  8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Turn off oven, leaving door ajar for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and cool.
  11. Straws can be stored in airtight containers for up to 1 week.
