Salt Potatoes

  1. Wash the potatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  3. Add one pound of salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender.
  5. Serve with melted butter and dip potatoes into butter.
