Wendy's Chili Recipe

  1. Crumble beef; sprinkle with salt.
  2. Pack beef firmly in skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 20 min.
  3. Drain any grease.
  4. Put onion soup in blender and blend 1 minute then add in to beef.
  5. Mash with fork till it looks nice.
  6. Simmer and cover for 5 min.
  7. Add in chili pwdr, cumin pwdr and pepper.
  8. Transfer to 2 1/2 qt pan and add in beans, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
  9. Heat thoroughly for 20 min just to blend flavors.
