Wendy's Chili Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 ounce.) can Campbell's onion soup
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cumin pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (21 ounce.) can undrained red beans
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- Crumble beef; sprinkle with salt.
- Pack beef firmly in skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 20 min.
- Drain any grease.
- Put onion soup in blender and blend 1 minute then add in to beef.
- Mash with fork till it looks nice.
- Simmer and cover for 5 min.
- Add in chili pwdr, cumin pwdr and pepper.
- Transfer to 2 1/2 qt pan and add in beans, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
- Heat thoroughly for 20 min just to blend flavors.
