Vegetable Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat oven to 350F.
  4. Combine cooked macaroni, half & half, cheese, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  5. Stir in carrots, onion and tomatoes.
  6. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle crushed croutons evenly over casserole.
  8. Bake 40-45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
