Batter-Fried Candy Bar Bites

  1. Freeze the candy bars for 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in seltzer.
  4. Heat 4 inches of oil to 375 degrees in a deep fryer or saucepan.
  5. Dredge candy bars in flour, then coat evenly with batter.
  6. Working in batches, fry until golden and puffed all over, turning if needed, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
