Crockpot Meatballs And Sauce
- 3 lb Meatballs
- 16 oz Tomatoes- fresh, frozen or canned (I used frozen)
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Cubes chicken or beef bouillon
- 1 as needed Water
- 1 as needed Salt/pepper
- 1 tbsp Instant potatoes
- Dice up your onion and add to crock pot.
- Add everything else and give it a stir.
- Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours.
- I added the instant potato to give it some thickness (thank you "paula.popper" for that idea!!)
