Grilled Halibut In Lemon-Mustard-Tarragon Marinade

  1. Make the marinade: in a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, tarragon, and chives together; slowly whisk in the olive oil until well blended; season with salt and pepper.
