Taco Night Round II
- 1 1/2 lb leftover taco meat
- 1 lb small pasta cooked and drained
- 2 cup crushed nacho chips
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can of condensed cheddar soup
- 1 jar of salsa(my husband wont eat tomato chunks so I ran mine through a blender)
- 1 TOPPINGS OF CHOICE: SOUR CREAM, SHREDDED LETTUCE OR DICED TOMATOES
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan and add 1 cup of crushed nachos.
- Combine soup, taco meat, salsa and milk and heat until its warmed through.
- Add to cooked pasta and mix well.
- Put taco meat and pasta mixture over nachos and add the remaining cup off crushed nachos on top.
- Top with 2 cups of cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Top with anything you normally add to your taco.
- A can of corn could be added to the taco mix or even some type of bean.
