Sauerkraut And Pork Spare Ribs Very Good Recipe

  1. Cook bacon with onion.
  2. In a large bowl chop cabbage.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Add in bacon and onion to cabbage mix; mix well.
  5. In large roaster or possibly heavy pot put half of mix on bottom.
  6. Cover with cut up ribs (1 large slab).
  7. Repeat till all ingredients have been used.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat or possibly in oven at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
