Mom's Rhubarb Pie Recipe
- 4 c. rhubarb
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Cinnamon
- Unbaked pie shell
- Mix Large eggs, cream, sugar, salt and flour.
- Place rhubarb in pie shell.
- Pour cream mix over rhubarb.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till cold knife comes back clean when placed in the filling.
