Mom's Rhubarb Pie Recipe

  1. Mix Large eggs, cream, sugar, salt and flour.
  2. Place rhubarb in pie shell.
  3. Pour cream mix over rhubarb.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till cold knife comes back clean when placed in the filling.
