Seafood Hot Salad Recipe
- 4 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. crab meat
- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- 1 c. cool cooked rice
- 1 pkg. cooked, frzn English peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 med. size bag potato chips
- Mix all together, except potato chips.
- Put into casserole, cover with crushed potato chips.
- Cook 30 min at 325 degrees.
- Yield: 6 servings.
