Ham Pie With Sweet Potato Pastry Recipe
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. cool mashed sweet potato
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 lg. egg, well beaten
- Sift first 3 ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients; stir till well blended.
- Refrigerate1 hour or possibly till dough is stiff sufficient to handle.
- Roll or possibly pat 1/4 inch thickness to fit top of 10x6 casserole or possibly 9 inch pie plate.
