Ham Pie With Sweet Potato Pastry Recipe

• 1 c. sifted flour
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 c. cool mashed sweet potato
• 1/3 c. oil
• 1 lg. egg, well beaten

1. Sift first 3 ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Add in remaining ingredients; stir till well blended.
3. Refrigerate1 hour or possibly till dough is stiff sufficient to handle.
4. Roll or possibly pat 1/4 inch thickness to fit top of 10x6 casserole or possibly 9 inch pie plate.
