AMIES SQUASH with SPINACH

  1. Saute the garlic in hot oil until golden brown.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Drop the pork and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the squash and cover.
  5. Cook until half done.
  6. Uncover pan, season with salt or fish sauce, and pepper.
  7. Pour water or coconut milk.
  8. Let it boil for a few minutes.
  9. More salt may be added if needed.
  10. Add spinach.
  11. Cover and continue cooking until done.
  12. Serve, share and enjoy.
  13. Perfect for hot steamed white rice.
  14. note: dont overcook squash!
