Rosemary-Mint Highball

  1. Fill an 8-ounce highball glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, using a pestle, crush the lime with the sugar, mint and 2 rosemary leaves.
  3. Add the tequila and shake; strain into the highball glass.
  4. Garnish with the rest of the rosemary sprig and serve.
