Rosemary-Mint Highball
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1/4 cup tequila
- Fill an 8-ounce highball glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, using a pestle, crush the lime with the sugar, mint and 2 rosemary leaves.
- Add the tequila and shake; strain into the highball glass.
- Garnish with the rest of the rosemary sprig and serve.
