Derek's Stuffing
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tart apples
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lb sausage
- salt, to taste
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 12 cups pecans, halved
- 3 cups white bread
- 3 cups cornbread
- 3 cups French bread (or 1 bag premix and 3 cups water)
- Brown Saugage, onions and celery with 1 stick of butter.
- Place Cooked mixture in bowl.
- Cook apples to brown but not mushy.
- Mix all above ingredients.
