Shrimp Veggie Wrap
- 10 Shrimp
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 4 small Mushrooms
- 2 Tortillas
- Cut up all veggies into bite sized pieces.
- Saute them over medium heat.
- Boil water over high heat.
- Add in shrimp then reduce heat to medium-high.
- Boil shrimp for about 3-5 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cut up into bite sized pieces.
- You can add mayo to the tortilla for more flavor & add any seasonings of your choice.
- Sprinkle in cheese.
- Add all ingredients into tortilla.
- Wrap up & enjoy!
