Shrimp Veggie Wrap

  1. Cut up all veggies into bite sized pieces.
  2. Saute them over medium heat.
  3. Boil water over high heat.
  4. Add in shrimp then reduce heat to medium-high.
  5. Boil shrimp for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Set aside to cool.
  7. Cut up into bite sized pieces.
  8. You can add mayo to the tortilla for more flavor & add any seasonings of your choice.
  9. Sprinkle in cheese.
  10. Add all ingredients into tortilla.
  11. Wrap up & enjoy!
