Braised Porkchops w/ garlic, sage, and onions

  1. Mix garlic, sage, salt and pepper in small cup.
  2. Should be sticky.
  3. Slice up the onions, set aside.
  4. Brown chops in 1 tsp.
  5. oil over high heat, turning once.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Add garlic mix to top of chops.
  8. Add sliced onions on top.
  9. Pour broth in bottom of pan.
  10. Cover.
  11. Braise for 40 mins.
  12. on low heat.
  13. Remove lid, raise heat and reduce liquid somewhat for 10 mins.
  14. Serve.
