Broken Heart Martini

• 2 12 ounces oval vodka
• 12 ounce hiram walker Creme de Cacao
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 slice orange
• 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Rim a cocktail glass with cocoa powder.
2. Stir together ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
3. Strain into the prepared glass.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
