Easy Chicken Thigh with Japanese-Style Sesame Sauce

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Put it in a plastic bag and coat with the flour.
  3. Coat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken on both sides.
  4. When cooked through and browned, mix in the mentsuyu and butter, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and it's done!
