Our Household's Staple * Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger
- 300 grams Coarsely chopped pork
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 15 grams Ginger
- Grate the ginger.
- Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and separate.
- Add oil (not listed) to a heated pan and cook the pork on medium heat.
- Once cooked through, add the mushrooms and cook until wilted.
- Add the ingredients, cover with a lid and boil.
- Open the lid and stir two or three times.
- Once the juices have cooked, it's finished!
- This has bean sprouts and onion.
- They're not very visible though.
