Our Household's Staple * Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger

  1. Grate the ginger.
  2. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and separate.
  4. Add oil (not listed) to a heated pan and cook the pork on medium heat.
  5. Once cooked through, add the mushrooms and cook until wilted.
  6. Add the ingredients, cover with a lid and boil.
  7. Open the lid and stir two or three times.
  8. Once the juices have cooked, it's finished!
  9. This has bean sprouts and onion.
  10. They're not very visible though.
