Super Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- 8 frozen breaded chicken breasts, strips (3/4 lb., or use Spicy breaded)
- 14 cup low-fat mayonnaise with olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 spinach tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
- BAKE chicken as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo and hot pepper sauce until blended.
- PLACE lettuce down centers of tortillas; top with chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
- DRIZZLE with mayo mixture; roll up.
- Note if using spicy breaded.
- This made it very spicy and was too much for the kids.
- The next time I made it with the regular breaded and they loved it.
