Whole Wheat Pie Dough
- 2 cups whole wheat flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 34 cup margarine
- 4 -5 tablespoons ice water
- Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl; add wheat germ.
- Cut in the margarine.
- Sprinkle ice water over the pastry and blend with a fork until dough comes together.
- Store in fridge, bake as per regular pie crust.
