Whole Wheat Pie Dough

  1. Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl; add wheat germ.
  2. Cut in the margarine.
  3. Sprinkle ice water over the pastry and blend with a fork until dough comes together.
  4. Store in fridge, bake as per regular pie crust.
