Easy Skillet Beef & Hash

  1. Cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Return to pot.
  4. Add onion and green pepper.
  5. Stir 3 to 5 minutes until slightly lucid.
  6. Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Add frozen hashbrown potatoes and stir well.
  9. Bring to a slight boil.
  10. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  11. Add cheese.
  12. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes until cheese has melted.
