Easy Skillet Beef & Hash
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped in thick chunks
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup frozen hashbrown potatoes
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- Cook ground beef until browned.
- Drain fat.
- Return to pot.
- Add onion and green pepper.
- Stir 3 to 5 minutes until slightly lucid.
- Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
- Stir well.
- Add frozen hashbrown potatoes and stir well.
- Bring to a slight boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add cheese.
- Cover and simmer 5 more minutes until cheese has melted.
