Garam Masala Meatballs

  1. Mince the onions finely, or chop finely in a food processor.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat.
  5. Form the meat into small golfball sized balls.
  6. Cook the meatballs for a few minutes on each side.
  7. The meatballs should still be soft, but should be fully cooked on the inside.
  8. I suggest making one meatball to try first and adjust for salt and spiciness.
  9. Then proceed with the rest.
  10. Serve with plenty of lime and sliced onions.
  11. Enjoy!
