Garam Masala Meatballs
- 2 whole Medium Yellow Onions
- 1 pound Ground Goat, Lamb, Or Beef
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Finely Minced Serrano Chilis
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric
- 1 whole Egg
- Mince the onions finely, or chop finely in a food processor.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat.
- Form the meat into small golfball sized balls.
- Cook the meatballs for a few minutes on each side.
- The meatballs should still be soft, but should be fully cooked on the inside.
- I suggest making one meatball to try first and adjust for salt and spiciness.
- Then proceed with the rest.
- Serve with plenty of lime and sliced onions.
- Enjoy!
