chicken casserole
- 4 each chicken breast
- 3 can diced green chile
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 18 each corn tortillas
- 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- heat oven to 400
- cook chicken then shred
- heat cream of chicken and green chile
- warm tortillas
- spoon small amount of soup on botton of baking dish
- 1 layer of tortillas
- add layer of soup
- add layer of shredded chicken
- add layer of cheese
- repeat layers until gone
- heat in oven for 10 min or until heated thru and cheese is melted
