Banana Bran Muffin Mix In A Bag Recipe

• Mix together the following and place in zipper syle bag:
• 1 c. all-purpose flour
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 c. whole bran

1. Attach the following instructions:To make your "Banana Bran Muffins", place this fold in a bowl, and add in the following:1 egg, beaten1 c. banana, mashed and very ripe1/4 c. milk2 Tbsp.
2. oil
3. Stir just till the flour mix is moistened.
4. Fill greased or possibly paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full with mix.
5. Bake in 400 degree F oven for about 20-25 min or possibly till done.
6. Makes 1 dozen.
