Cheese and Onion Pie
- 1 cup Sliced Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 package 9 In. Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Saute onions in butter until soft.
- Spread over crust.
- Top with cheese.
- Mix eggs, flour, mustard, soup, and milk until combined.
- Pour over onions and cheese.
- Bake 45-60 minutes or until set in a 350 degree oven.
- Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Also good with cooked broccoli, spinach, crab, etc.
