Avocado Hummus
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Tahini
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pit Removed
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 can (19 1/2 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and tahini.
- Set aside.
- In the bowl of a food processor, place avocado, garlic, chickpeas, salt, and cilantro and process until combined.
- Add lime juice and process again.
- Then, with the food processor running, drizzle in tahini mixture and process until smooth and creamy, about 23 minutes.
- Hummus will keep well in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 35 days.
