Kid's Casserole
- Butter, for pan
- 5 medium russet potatoes, sliced thinly
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 5 hot dogs, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly butter a 9-by 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half the potatoes and sprinkle with half the flour.
- Add a layer of half the hotdogs and broccoli.
- Add half the cheese, and repeat the layered ingredients, ending with cheese.
- Pour the milk over all, cover with foil, and bake until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbly, about 40 minutes.
- The kids will love this one.
