Warm Mushroom Greek Salad
- 1 medium portobello mushroom, gills removed, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/3 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Greek with Feta & Oregano Dressing & Marinade, divided
- 6 cups torn mixed spring greens
- 1 cup grape tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Cook and stir mushrooms and onions in half of the dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- Cover large serving platter with greens and tomatoes; top with the mushroom mixture.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
- Serve immediately.
