Mountain Ceviche Made with Argentine Shrimp

  1. Cut the shrimp into small pieces.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the Bloody Mary mix, cocktail sauce and hot sauce, to taste.
  4. Add all the veggies and the cilantro.
  5. Use the chips to dip into the ceviche.
